Virtual Video Presentation

Guideline

1) Prepare a 8 to 10 minutes video presentation, having you presenting either of the following:

a) Record yourself front of a camera OR

b) Voice over the PowerPoint Slides OR

c) Combination of any other creative methods of presentation. Consists of presentation slides yourself as the presenter using video editing softwares (eg. OBS Studio, VSDC, etc.)


2) This video should not be more than 10 minutes in length.


3) Check the recorded audio quality. Make sure the voice is clear and understandable.


4) The resolution of the video should be of high definition (720p or 1080p).


5) Include these information on the first slide of your presentation. – Title of your paper and Paper ID – Authors’ name and affiliations – Presenter’s photo


6) All presentation must be in English.


7) Background music is NOT required.


8) Please send your downloadable link (eg. GDrive or Onedrive. Set to Access> Anyone with the link). The link should contains the following

i) Video presentation ( .mp4, .avi, .mkv)

9) All virtual video presentations will appear in our Virtual Platform at https://icmetech2022.ftktech.org/
